Returns Policy

This Returns Policy should be read in conjunction with our Webstore Terms and Conditions.

1. General

All products and services shall be deemed to have been accepted by the Customer as being in order unless notification to the contrary is received in writing by Kulbardi within 14 calendar days of delivery. Any returns and resulting credits after this period will be at the discretion of Kulbardi, and Kulbardi reserves the right to deduct a re-stocking fee from the credit.

If for any reason, you are not happy with your purchase, you may return it back to us under the following conditions.

2. Defective Goods

Any products which are damaged or defective, delivered after their use by or best before date or otherwise not in accordance with an order, may be returned to Kulbardi within 14 calendar days of delivery, at no cost to the Customer. A Return Authority is required prior to return.

3. Change of Mind Returns

(a) For Change of Mind Returns, you may return the Products and obtain a credit if:

  1. the products are returned within 14 calendar days of delivery;
  2. a return authorisation is obtained from Kulbardi by you; and
  3. the Products are:

  • in their original packaging, including instruction manuals and all accessories;
  • unopened and unused, of a current make and model and otherwise in a condition enabling them to be sold by Kulbardi;
  • in a re-saleable condition including any security seal or shrink wrap intact; and
  • the product is not from the list in point (c).

(b) Where you return products due to Change of Mind:

  1. it will be at your expense or as a credit to the customer account;
  2. the risk of the products will remain with you until they are received by Kulbardi; and
  3. a restocking or return fee may be charged by Kulbardi.

4. Exceptions

Kulbardi generally does not accept the return of items in the following categories:

  • Special Buy-Ins
  • Customer Specific stock
  • Clearance Products
  • Printer Cartridges
  • Toner Cartridges
  • Printed and Branded Marketing Merchandise
  • Furniture

5. Limitation of Liability

(a) Notwithstanding the provisions of this Policy, Kulbardi will not accept a returned product which it reasonably believes it is not faulty, you have caused it to become unacceptable or failed to take steps to prevent it from becoming unacceptable or where the product has been damaged by abnormal use or use not in accordance with manufacturer's instructions.

(b) Kulbardi reserves the right to recover its reasonable costs in relation to goods returned in these circumstances.

6. Your Statutory Rights

(a) Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

(b) These statutory or consumer guarantees have no set time limit and depending upon the price and quality of the goods, you may be entitled to a remedy after the expiry of the manufacturer's warranty period.

(c) This Policy is not intended to exclude or limit any statutory rights which you may have.
