Bibbulmun Fund - Adelaide Crows Stem Intrim Report

Investing in our Indigenous Communities since 2015

The Bibbulmun Fund proudly supporting Adelaide Crows STEMfooty program
 Interim Report Part 1

This interim report 1 has been created to give you a brief update on the progress with the APY and Far West Coast projects. The Adelaide Crows Foundation will depart for the APY Lands on Monday, and following that trip, I will send the Formal Report 1 for the Bibbulmun Board.

The interim report outlines the details for the coming trip to the APY Lands. It details the schools we are meeting with, community connections, and introductions we will make to set up relationships for the STEMfooty program to begin in Term 3 (August) this year officially.

 Partnerships

APY Lands

I have been working closely with Pitjantjatjara Yankunytjatjara Education Committee (POYEC) and formed a partnership with the manager Paul Malcolm. Paul and project officer Zibeon have helped identify the schools and a program called the PYEC Junior Football League that we will along side to deliver the educational outcomes. The partnership has opened up the opportunity to complete Zoom meetings with principals for the APY schools, and from this, we have coordinated the trip for next week.

Far West Coast

We have created a connection with Warren Miller from Yadu Health in Ceduna. He has helped introduce us to the following schools. We have had zoom meetings with principals and will look to visit in the coming weeks to create a relationship.

- Ceduna Area School

- Crossways Lutheran

- Yalata School
