Kim presented Vince Del Prete, CEO of Athletics West with $30,000 to assist with the development of sustainable athletics programs within WA’s Aboriginal communities. The programs aim to improve the community's underrepresentation in both talent and recreational athletics, as well as drive social engagement and community cohesion in regional WA.
The 10-12-week programs will run in Derby, Kununurra, and Laverton over the next 12 months. We look forward to sharing the updates with you. Aboriginal Community Engagement Program (ACE Program).
